Advancing Diversity and Inclusion at Stanford
President Marc Tessier-Lavigne and Provost Persis Drell launched the university-wide Presidential Initiative IDEAL--Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access in a Learning Environment--in May of 2018. Under IDEAL, design teams from across the university have developed plans related to faculty, staff, and student engagement, education and recruitment. Visit the IDEAL website for the latest news and information.
