The Impact of Racism on Mental Wellness

July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness month. Please join members of the Help Center clinical staff as they discuss the impact of racism on mental wellness. This program will address the effects of racism on both individual and collective levels and offer tools for managing physical and emotional reactions to racism in culturally affirming ways.
